Thelonious Sphere Monk is universally acknowledged as one of the most important and innovative creative forces in the history of Jazz. Trombonist and valve-man Scott Reeves is an outstanding performer, jazz educator, and prolific and inventive arranger, making him an ideal front man in this tribute to the great Thelonious Monk.
